ACCOMMODATION ON SITE Accommodation is available at MOD Stafford Friday 21st May, Saturday 22nd May, Sunday 23rd May or any combination thereof. Double ensuite rooms charged at £30 per night. We have been allocated 30 rooms for each of the three nights, so will be allocated on a first come first served basis. (That said, please review the website in case more rooms become available.) Parking for those utilising the accommodation is adjacent to your room, the mess is 50m walk. Those using the accommodation will be issued a personal pass and a vehicle pass. The vehicle pass must not be on display when the vehicle is off the base. THIS IS A MILITARY SITE – INAPPROPRAITE BEHAVIOUR WILL NOT BE TOLLERATED. No other private vehicles or taxis are permitted on the site. During your stay you will have full access to the mess facilities: Breakfast Counter 08:00 – 13:00 (Breakfast is charged at cost & VAT so is good value). Fore those that choose accomodation offsite, it is planned that there will be a bus service available from and to the main gate, approximatly one mile.
Pedestrian access is NOT permitted.
